Browser storage
Favourites, comparison choices, theme preference and one listing draft are stored in localStorage on this device. They are not synced to a server. Removing browser site data clears them.
Forms and photos
Contact, property enquiry and account forms are preview-only. They do not submit data to a server or save credentials. Listing text can be saved locally; selected photos are temporary previews and are not uploaded.
Assets and hosting
Images, fonts and scripts are bundled with the prototype. No analytics or marketing scripts have been added. A hosting service may process ordinary request logs when the site is hosted.
Before a live launch
A production privacy notice will need to reflect the actual account, messaging, analytics and storage services selected.
